We meticulously curate our local supply chain for transportation, lodging, and experiences, prioritizing small and medium enterprises that are not only regionally rooted but also champions of energy efficiency and renewable energy.

A strategic partnership with Flockeo marks a pivotal step in our journey toward sustainability. We are actively pursuing membership with renowned sustainability certifications such as Travelife and TourCert. This deliberate effort underscores our commitment to adopting and promoting industry best practices that align with environmental, social, and economic sustainability standards.

When selecting accommodations, we carefully evaluate energy sources, ensuring a substantial portion comes from renewable sources. We also prioritize regional sourcing for food and beverages and employ local staff to minimize carbon footprints. Encouraging gender diversity, we advocate for increased female representation in both staff and managerial positions.

Our commitment extends beyond the immediate travel experience. We rigorously assess waste management and water recycling practices at hotels and guesthouses to ensure responsible, eco-friendly operations. We also focus on staff well-being — advocating fair wages, reasonable working hours, and positive workplace environments.

Contributing to nature conservation is central to our mission. Through initiatives like tree planting in collaboration with local farmers, guests actively participate in afforestation during tours. Additionally, we support the Oryx conservation project and collaborate with the Oman Women’s Association to promote sustainable practices and the purchase of local products.

We champion various cottage industries, including handloom weaving, Khanjar manufacturing, traditional jewelry making, and local agriculture. To reduce environmental impact, we minimize single-use plastics during tours by providing guests with reusable water bottles.
